Refunds are usually received within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however in many cases you will receive it more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days) the time it takes us to process you return once we receive it (3-5 days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please email or call us to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded you original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
